In the small border town of Corowa, NSW, Dean Druce converted a 1920’s flour mill to a distillery after convincing the Local Council to sell the building for $1 in 2009. Since then, they’ve been listed as one of the top 10 up and coming whisky distillery’s in the world in 2017.
Together with head distiller Beau Schilg, Corowa Distilling Co has become one of Australia’s leading whisky producers with their popular and affordable ‘Characters Wine Cask’ single malt, among many other great drops.
