Adams Distillery
Located in Perth, Tasmania, Australia, Adams Distillery is a newly established distillery with several accolades under their belt. Adam's Distillery has claimed Gold at the Berlin International Spirits Competition in 2018, amongst many other claims for Southern Hemisphere Whisky of the Year award and Australian Whisky of the Year award.
The original single malt whisky is matured in an American White Oak traditional cask but aged in a not so traditional way. The Adams Distillery half-filled "slosh" cask method means the casks are half-filled and rolled around regularly to develop and enhance whisky.
