Tasting notes
Nose
Rich dark fruits of plums, black cherries and blackberries. Powdery almond meal adds a lightly nutty character and a little intrigue from bitter dark chocolate.
Taste
Ripe fresh plums with bright spice - star anise, cloves and cardamom. A touch of vanilla reigns everything in and soften the palate. A nice chewy texture keeps you coming back for more.
Finish
A long finish which lingers for an eternity! After the fruity notes fade, you’re left with bitter dark chocolate with earthy root vegetables perfectly balanced with a hint of vanilla.
