Order cut off for delivery by Christmas?
- TAS, NT, SA + WA customers - order by COB on the 10th December for delivery by Christmas Eve.
- QLD + VIC + regional NSW customers - order by COB on the 16th December for delivery by Christmas Eve.
- Sydney customers - order by midnight on the 20th December for delivery by Christmas Eve.

What happens if I order after the cut-off dates?
Our team will ship your order ASAP, if you order after the cut-off your order may arrive after Christmas.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Sydney.
What carrier do you use?
We ship via Auspost Parcel Post.
Can I have my order couriered to me?
Unfortunately we are unable to use couriers and ship using Auspost only.
Can I pick up my gift from your warehouse?
Our liquor license does not allow for in-person pick-ups at our warehouse - but rest assured our awesome warehouse team are working around the clock to ship out all orders quickly.
Can I request Express Post?
Unfortunately we cannot send alcohol via express post.
I’ve left it too late - do you have any online options?
We sure do - you can order a gift card for a 3, 6 or 12 month gift subscription which is emailed to you or your lucky recipient instantly. You can even include a special gift message! The gift card can then be redeemed on our website.
Can I include a personalised message with my gift?
Unfortunately due to the high volume we are shipping in December, we are unable to include personalised messages with orders of boxes or bottles (aside from gift cards).
How can I track my gift?
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Check your spam if you don’t see emails from us in your main inbox.
I’ve sent my gift to the wrong address - can I redirect it?
Unfortunately once a shipment has left our warehouse we may not be able to redirect it, however you may be able to do this on your Auspost Mypost account.
