Brewers and Distillers are cut from the same hip cloth and their crafts go hand in hand with each loving the other’s produce in equal measure and both making something better than the sum of it’s parts.

This month we explore whiskies that have flavours resulting from the brewing and beer cask maturation process. Beer cask seasoning prepares the oak ready for imparting complex floral, sweet and grainy notes to the whisky, allowing unique flavour profiles to develop.
