Things get a little more serious and rich on the palate with sweet cereal notes, tinned apricots and peaches, lashings of vanilla honey. A little tannic and spicy toasted oak.
A medium-length finish featuring malt and sea salt. Toasty oak notes linger and dry out the tongue.
