Soft and rounded on the nose with powdery red apples and dried apricots. Concentrated raisins and buttered fruit toast with plenty of cinnamon spice in the background.
A prominent sweet sherry character with juicy prunes, fruitcake, vanilla and spice. Lashings of creamy milk chocolate and brown sugar add richness. A little bright tangerine to add a pleasant uplift.
Milk chocolate notes become slightly bitter and dark, while lingering baking spices dry out the palate. A medium-long finish with sweetness fading.
