A breath of floral heather honey with toasted grains gives a breakfast cereal vibe. Some freshness from floury pears and bright citrus fruits gives a little lift.
Floral notes from the nose transition nicely to the palate with violets and heather present. Some herbaceous notes of sage backed up by dry toasted bread.
