The blended whisky is aged in a combination of three different casks: virgin oak, American oak, and refill bourbon barrels.
Aged in three distinct woods for a smoother taste. Many whiskies take their flavour from just one cask, but we mature Grant’s Triple Wood in three different types of wood: Virgin Oak cask provides spicy robustness, American Oak lends subtle vanilla smoothness and Bourbon refill offers brown sugar sweetness, resulting in a smoother, richer, mellower taste.

this smells like scotch. It doesn't smell like good scotch, but it doesn't smell like a disaster either.
There's some cinnamon spice. The palate is really light, some more apple a bit of vanilla and some pepper rounds it up.
The finish is short and nothing remarkable. Woody, uncomplicated buttery finish.
