Tasting notes

Nose

A complex nose of mint, clove, cinnamon, licorice root, pine nuts, and dark chocolate, with a surprising dose of gin botanicals throughout.

Taste

The palate softens with menthol, mint, eucalyptus and an unusual dried banana and vanilla which softens the pulsating spices.

Finish

The finish shows caramel. sweet corn and soothing vanilla which provides an interesting counterpoint to the spicy beginning.
