Tasting notes
Nose
Fun and playful on the nose at first with shortbread and malted banana milkshakes. Things get a little more serious later with freshly extracted espresso and deep caramel undertones.
Taste
The stout cask asserts its presence on the palate with just roasted coffee beans and well-rounded caramel notes. Lightly hoppy, biscuity and spicy flavours liven up the palate.
Finish
A medium to long creamy, sweet finish. The caramel becomes darker and slightly bitter, with the spice coming through prominently featuring ginger warmth and black pepper.
