Tasting notes
Nose
Dry wood smoke with gooey chocolate pudding. A little black cherry and blackcurrant compote on the side. Deep complexity from some additional baking spice.
Taste
Burnt raisin toast with a thin layer of salted butter. Caramel and milk chocolate develop on subsequent sips. Dry wood and tobacco smoke are everpresent throughout.
Finish
Sweetens up a little as the dry smokiness fades, replaced with floral honey notes. Baking spices return on the medium-long finish.
