A beautiful orange-peach coloured hue when poured into the glass, with the aroma to match. Orange and lemon marmalade, fresh peaches and fresh sawdust. A touch of vanilla brings sweetness and balance.
Fatty and oily texture, which softens the 63% alcohol blow. Body of fruitcake with the perfect balance of dried fruits, spice and orange peel. A beautiful rounding sweetness of honey drizzled oats. A touch of water brings out some nutty notes of toasted almond and hazelnut.
