Rich toffee and caramel sauce with fresh vanilla. Fermenting hard apple cider, mulled with winter spices. A pleasant earthy leather undertone.
The first thing you notice is the viscous, oily and mouthcoating texture. Flavours quickly open up to a smorgasbord of dark fruits - think figs, stewed plums and macerated black cherries. Fresh ground coffee, leather and brown sugar develop if left on the tongue a little longer.
Leathery tones merge to warm spices. Peppery, ginger heat and a beautiful toasty oak note to round it out.
