Sweet stone fruits balanced with ocean brine up front, followed by a backbone of toasted rolled oats seasoned, dried grass with a lick of peat smoke.
The first sip reveals honey sweetness with an almond and cashew nuttiness. A curious mix of floral meadowsweet and chamomile intertwine with light bonfire smoke in the back of the nose.
The finish is medium in length, transitioning to honey-soaked dried fruits and baking spices that dries out and becomes waxy as time goes on.
